Who we are

Ninja Metrics ("we", "us") is a customer experience auditing and satisfaction tracking platform operated in South Africa as part of the NinjaPuppy Group. We are committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess ninja applications, scope and deliver audit programmes, operate the ninja and client portals, and send transactional email confirmations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Storage and security

Form submissions and portal data are stored in a secured database on our hosting infrastructure. Access is limited to authorised Ninja Metrics personnel. Transactional emails are sent to you and to our team when you submit a form.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Contact us at dom@lamontagna.co and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Audit subjects

Our audits evaluate service processes and customer journeys. Reports focus on the experience delivered, not on identifying individual employees, and are handled confidentially in line with our Ethics Statement.
